Inspiration: The possibility of change

The possibilities of change are everywhere; it is merely a matter of viewing them as possibilities. Clients’ businesses, consumer attitudes and views, the demands on employers from the labour force of the future, the next Twitter phenomenon, the car of the future – they are all possibilities of change.

United Minds conducts its own analysis of trends, in such varied areas as food and health to politics, and companies’ surrounding environments. This is often done by request from clients, but in many cases United Minds takes the initiative.

United Minds also conducts a monthly election opinion poll in co-operation with the newspaper Aftonbladet which is published in their pages.   

United Minds gives lectures on a regular basis on many different topics, at our own events, trade fairs and company venues. One model are the smaller, work-shop oriented, inspirational talks for Management Teams, another is more traditional presentations. The ambition of United Minds is to always be relevant, inspiring and fun.

Strategy: Decisions of change

United Minds offers a host of different services, all supporting its clients’ strategies.

By using market analysis, or consumer analysis, United Minds provides insight into whole trades and industries and, ultimately, the information needed to carry through business development and brand positioning.

These projects also support product and services development. Being able to divide a market into different segments of consumers is vital. A good example of the United Minds approach is ‘profiling’, a combination of qualitative methods, which paint a picture of what motivates consumers, and quantitative methods which reveal the distribution between different groups. The result is a cluster of customer profiles relevant to product and service development, and for business development.

Development: Designing change

United Minds helps to bring change in its clients’ organisations. Ideally, United Minds not only supports clients in formulating a new strategy, but also takes charge when it comes to implementing it.

Involving the entire organisation, and so minimising problems naturally arising from changing things around, is integral to success. ‘Change management’ is an example of a service that United Minds offers which assists clients in reaching their goals.

‘Communication management’ is about structuring an organisation’s communication department in the same manner as other, business-driving parts of the company. United Minds assists in setting up goals and effective hierarchies, defining roles and responsibilities, and developing tools for evaluation and improvement.
